Longarm was created and is run by Jamie Currey.

Working with the media and entertainment industries, I have 20 years experience in art directing and designing a broad range of publicity and marketing material in both print and digital media; creating publicity images; designing flyers, brochures / e-brochures, billboards, web-based html invites and websites.

I enjoy working closely with clients by encouraging them to be part of the planning process and so helping to inform our creative ideas thereby contributing towards the best solutions possible.

I support and volunteer for several charities and non profits – often paying for their printing of marketing material. The Karibuni Trust support some the poorest children living in Kenya’s slums and streets. Danceability runs dancing classes for people with learning disabilities. Freedom to Learn project wants to find out what happens when schools and universities, across a range of countries, make a decision to operate differently from the norm.  I offer all Art Council funded projects a 25% discount and currently work with Mimbre who use circus and dance innovatively as a physical language to illuminate human connections and promote a positive image of women and Kazzum who create Outdoor interactive productions for family audiences that bridged the gap between the worlds of entertainment and education.

I have also worked with UK registered charity BAFTA. We built, developed an e-commerce website. BAFTA has a year-round Learning & Events programme that offers unique access to some of the world’s most inspiring talent through workshops, masterclasses, lectures, scholarships and mentoring schemes, connecting with audiences of all ages and backgrounds across the UK, Los Angeles and New York.
